Accounts Receivable Manager with experience in system implementation, process improvement and change Management
Global client in Redhill, looking for an AR Manager to join their team in Redhill.
The client is looking for candidates who have experience in implementing a new AR System and can work on Processing change.
The Accounts Receivable Manager reports to the Head of Finance and has three employees reporting to them. The role is in charge of Accounts Receivable processes including but not limited to cash allocation, customer refunds, processing of credit adjustments, processing of write-offs, the administration of direct debit files, manual invoices and queries. The Accounts Receivable Manager leads a team of Accounts Receivable Clerks of varying levels of competence.
Ideally, you will have 5-10 years of experience in Finance, particularly Accounts Receivable.
Good knowledge of treasury operations and means of payment.
You will need to have the ability to manipulate large volumes of data and streamline/ automate processes.
You will need experience with system implementation, process improvement, and change management.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £45k and up to a bonus of 20% based on performance.
