Our client, an international provider of loyalty and benefits solutions is looking for an Account Manager to manage the relationship with one of their key financial services clients on a global scale. Salary - up to £45,000 + discretionary bonus
Your role will be to manage the relationship with one key financial services client. This will include daily contact to ensure smooth running of the relationship; pitching new products including up-selling and cross-selling to ensure the continued profitability of the account; working closely with relevant teams internally in order to deliver to client expectations; handling and escalating any issues and complaints; providing ongoing support to the Account Director.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing large accounts or one large account (multi-million pound accounts). You will be able to demonstrate strong relationship management skills and will be able to show where you have added value through managing large accounts in the past. An understanding of cards and issuing would be highly advantageous as would exposure to loyalty and benefits solutions. Experience within the travel industry would also be a bonus.
My client will pay up to £45,000, with a discretionary bonus, plus company benefits.
