Purchase Ledger Supervisor, near Bath, 6 month FTC
A rapidly growing and highly successful company based on the outskirts of Bath are looking for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to lead a team of Clerks initially on a six month contract which is likely to get extended or go permanent.
Responsibilities will include: Line managing a team of 6 Clerks, staff training, encouraging training and development of team members, organising and monitoring the teams workload, processing invoices within the correct time frames, sorting the duplicated invoices, checking addresses on invoices and dealing with suppliers, Purchase Ledger close, systems expert for the team and dealing with system maintenance, identifying rejected invoices and improving processes, organising daily, weekly and monthly planners with the team, daily management of the team including reviews, training and appraisals.
We are looking for candidates that can start at short notice, are AAT qualified or working towards a qualification, experience of working with a high volume workload, good Excel skills (pivots and v look ups) and ideally have experience of supervising staff.
