Our client, a tier 1 UK bank is seeking the services of an experienced and capable PMO Lead.

Having commenced a multi-year programme to enhance its anti-financial crime framework, systems and controls additional support is needed across a number of projects. Part of this initiative is shared on a regular basis with the Bank's main regulators and therefore exemplary reporting and tracking skills are required.

The role is focussed on:

  • Tracking and reporting delivery of the scoped book of work
  • Supporting the monthly Programme Steering Committee Meeting
  • Leading the weekly Programme Governance Meeting
  • Participating/providing input to relevant Bank-wide risk management initiatives
  • Engaging a range of senior stakeholders from across the Bank
  • Financial control - budgeting and spend tracking

Candidates are expected to be:

  • Experienced in delivering PMO services in top tier UK banks
  • Extensive reporting and tracking experience
  • Ability to complete tasks and governance activities in short time frames
  • Self starter
  • Ability to navigate complex organisations and globally based matrix teams
