A new 3 month interim role has become available for an HR Operations Advisor based in Crawley

This new 3 month fixed term contract role has become available for an HR Operations Advisor based in Crawley. This role will be working in the HR and recruitment team supporting them on day to day BAU activities.

Key duties and responsibilities will include :

  • Supporting the payroll preparation and running, checking through for variances and amendments
  • Overseeing and supporting the day to day recruitment activities across the business
  • Adhering to compliance processes and procedures
  • Updating the HR system and assisting with the collation of reports and data
  • Providing initial front line HR advice to the stakeholders within the business
  • Quick learner with a high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
