1st Line Support - Shift work

We are currently recruiting for a First Line Support Consultant for a fantastic company based in Fleet!

Job Title: 1st Line Customer Support

Salary: £18,000 plus £1,200 annual bonus & excellent benefits

Location: Fleet

This role is a 24 hour role with 3 different shift patterns: 9pm - 7am with 3 days off 2pm - 9pm with 3 days off 7am - 2pm with 2 days off

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get into a first line support role. No previous first line support experience required however strong customer service experience and technical minded it a must! My client based near Fleet are looking for someone to provide a high- quality telephone support service to there customers working in a team environment.


  • To work within a rota system as a member of the team providing high quality customer support
  • Responding to calls correctly logged on the call centre monitoring systems and complete, within defined time scales
  • Investigate customer requests following alarm interrogation or customer correspondence via telephone call or email
  • To provide the 1st line telephone support service for all customers, their contractors and our own field engineers

This role would suit someone who is wanting to enter a 1st Line Support role or has previous experience. Customer service skills and experience are a must as well as someone who is technically minded
