A new exciting permanent role for 1st Line support analyst has become available in the Horsham Area

Morgan McKinley's Office Support and Secretarial team are recruiting for a number of Service Desk Analysts to work with our Global Investment Management client in Horsham. You will be working in brand new offices with excellent facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone that is keen to start a career with a well renowned global business without making the trip to London each day.

Basis - Permanent

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for internal customers
  • Answering queries and providing support on how to resolve as well as following up with the customer to ensure issue is resolved
  • Record customers queries on ServiceNow
  • Liaise with different teams to ensure customers query is resolved
  • Prioritise queries according to service level agreement
  • Keeping business knowledge up to date in line with policies and procedures
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Skills and Technical experience:

  • Excellent Microsoft based operating system knowledge - especially Windows 10
  • Experience of the Microsoft 365 suite & Skype for business
  • Knowledge of the ITIL Framework
  • Previous Service Desk Analyst experience
  • Having a good understanding of customers and team members needs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
