As a sales and relationship manager I am responsible for ensuring that Morgan McKinley provides the most efficient outsourced recruitment services to meet the needs of RPO/MSP organisations.
I act as the primary point of contact for a selection of RPO and MSP clients, working closely with key contacts such as operational directors, account managers, resourcing teams and the supply chain in order to understand their operational preferences so that we can build, offer and maintain an effective and bespoke recruitment solution.
Internally I am accountable for operational compliance, ensuring that our internal recruitment teams adhere to very tight operational processes in order to achieve optimum delivery.
Our specialist disciplines include accountancy and, asset management, governance, taxation, technology, project and change management, HR, Operations, Marketing, office support and administration
I have over 8 years of recruitment experience. I started in a small language specialist recruitment agency and from there I moved to a larger global agency where I specialised in business support roles within the creative industry.
I joined Morgan McKinley in 2015 where I started recruiting within Marketing and later moved on to HR Recruitment.
