Moved over from South Africa with a degree in Hospitality Management, after working in the industry for over a year, I decided to leave hospitality behind and pursue a career in Recruitment.
This was mainly due to the fact I loved all elements of building lasting relationships and wanted to take that into a new career and I felt this skill set, coupled with my personality, really lent itself to a Recruitment Consultancy way of working. My key strengths are going above and beyond for both my candidates/clients and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment journey.
I have 2 years of experience recruiting HR professionals on a permanent basis within the financial & professional service sector, with most of my experience coming from working at Frazer Jones before joining Morgan McKinley. My main focus here will be recruiting HR Professionals across London, predominantly looking at the Accountancy and Legal sectors, but covering the wider professional services remit too.
