People work with Ishreen to increase their self-belief and capacity to deliver excellent results, expand their ability to lead in complex and challenging situations, then achieve and perform at progressively senior levels. Organisations also engage Ishreen to develop their Executive and High Potential leaders and teams around the world or work one-on-one with their senior executives. Clients are from a variety of sectors, including: logistics, information and media, financial services, technology, engineering and design.
Ishreen brings a blend of extensive business experience and a level of understanding that enables her clients to look beyond the obvious. Her key strength is her ability to build rapport quickly - unlocking clarity, purpose and focus for her clients. She knows the questions to ask and the frameworks to use that encourage people to articulate what they want to achieve, align their personal aspirations to the business context and produce value for their organisations.
With a particular passion to enable success for women at work, she chairs a taskforce to create and present the UK Economic Blueprint for women to Parliament. Her contribution to empowering women has been recognised in Washington through an award from The International Alliance of Women.
As a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Marketors, a Trustee on the Board of a national charity and Director of a social enterprise, Ishreen values the time she invests in supporting and strengthening her local communities.
