Rugby World Cup comes to Morgan McKinley

Jon Browning 27.08.2015

As a huge rugby fan I really can’t wait for the world cup starting in less than a month, I have been watching the warm up games intently and this is adding to my sense of anticipation. I am very fortunate to have tickets to a couple of the games, I don’t have a ticket to the final unfortunately but there is a chance that you can win 2 tickets to the final with an event being held by Morgan Mckinley. (More information later)

The warm up games have highlighted how close this world cup is going to be, New Zealand losing to Australia shocked a lot of people. Ireland is looking stronger and stronger and you can’t forget about England with home advantage, just to name a few of the teams with a realistic chance of winning the William Webb Ellis Cup.

England and Wales’ group is rightly being called the group of death, as it has three of the top six teams ranked in the world (England, Wales and Australia) not to mention Fiji who is currently ranked ninth. A group that will have all neutrals’ mouths watering in anticipation and of course being grateful at their country avoided such a difficult task.

Being in a group like that is sure to bring out the best in those teams forcing them to up their game, it should leave them in a great position for the quarter finals and beyond where they could catch teams cold having not really being challenged previously.

For the opening game of the World Cup we at Morgan McKinley are holding an exclusive event for the people we work with to come and watch the game with us, there will of course be drinks and food provided. Also there is small matter of 2 tickets to the World Cup final to be won all proceeds going to our charity for 2015 Bliss who do sterling work helping premature babies.  As you can imagine this has proven to be a popular event so there are only limited spaces but for more information please give me a call.
