M3S Consulting, a boutique project delivery and implementation practice, has recently been launched in the UK.

Launch of M3S Consulting

M3S Consulting has been created in response to strong client demand for specialist alternatives to traditional consultancy offerings.

M3S Consulting provides a unique service to the market through the creation of small, highly specialised managed teams of experienced consultants. M3S Consulting has a keen focus across Financial Services within risk & regulatory driven change, business & operational change and technology driven change as well as the public sector. It is planned that coverage will extend to commerce, aligning with sectors offered by the Morgan McKinley brand.

Experience at the helm

The appointment of Scott Carr as Managing Partner of M3S Consulting establishes its credentials as a practitioner led firm with practical hands-on experience and strong delivery risk assurance. Scott is an experienced Programme Director who has successfully delivered complex commercial and regulatory change projects across many areas of financial services. He has been implementing international business change for over 20 years, working with a variety of clients from global full service banks such as Barclays and Deutsche Bank, to leading specialist institutions including BGC Partners.
