Morgan McKinley are excited to announce partnership of London’s Machine Learning Meet event taking place on Wednesday 11th March, at Crypt on the Green in Clerkenwell.
The London Machine Learning Meetup brings together like-minded developers and scientists interested in Machine Learning, Probabilistic Graphical Models and Natural Language Processing. The aim is to bring together machine learning practitioners to listen to each other's work.
Guest speaker on the night will be Felix Hill, PhD Student in Natural Language Processing at University of Cambridge, who will giving a talk on Neural Networks.
"Deep neural networks are currently a crucial part of the best image and speech recognition systems. However, it is not yet established to what extent the same approaches can also yield solutions to problems that require deeper language understanding, such as image description, machine translation, dialogue systems and question answering. I address this question by reviewing some advances made by neural nets in these areas and demonstrating my own work (in collaborating with Yoshua Bengio and Kyunghyun Cho in Montreal) relating to machine translation and question answering."
