Morgan McKinley have teamed up with XpertHR to discuss everything surrounding the debate that is gripping many businesses, the Gender Pay Gap.
Today, Morgan McKinley teamed up with XpertHR to discuss the very topical theme that is the Gender Pay Gap. Over 50 HR professionals from around London attended the event. Morgan McKinley provided some insight into the gender pay gap from a recruitment perspective and XpertHR explained the difference between the gender pay gap vs equal pay, new regulatory requirements for reporting on the gender pay gap for employees and how and why this can be done.
Mark Crail is content director and head of salary surveys for XpertHR. Mark trained and worked as a journalist for 20 years, covering a wide range of political, industrial and business areas before joining Industrial Relations Services as managing editor in 2000. He has been content director since 2014, overseeing a 35-strong in-house team of employment law editors, HR practice editors and data analysts responsible for producing XpertHR’s legal compliance, best practice and data tools for HR and reward specialists.
Clio Springer is a senior employment law editor at XpertHR. Prior to joining XpertHR in 2007, she worked in an employment consultancy department giving advice to employers on a range of employment law issues. Previously, she worked for Croner as a senior editor, writing for and editing employment law reference material and newsletters and giving employment law advice via a telephone advisory service. Clio is a member of the CIPD.
