The differing views of men and women: Banks' hiring and application processes

Darren Burns 06.08.2019

How differently do male and female job seekers view the application and hiring processes at banks? We carried out a survey to gauge whether there is a difference between the genders.

Do the genders respond differently to hiring and application processes?

We surveyed a selection of active UK based professionals to gain an understanding of their perceptions of hiring and application processes at banks, as well as what they, as a job seeker, do when applying for a new role. The majority of respondents stated the nature of their profession as either Risk Management, Compliance or Legal and the gender split was 62% male and 38% female.
