Throughout 2018, there was a high level of investment in sales professionals within the technology sector seen across the UK. Further to this, and despite the extensive uncertainties surrounding Brexit, the domestic sales team jobs market prevailed as a major opportunity that international firms wished to enter, therefore growing sales teams in the UK remained an area of priority for many.
Nobody knows exactly what Brexit will bring to sales in the UK, so we will have to wait and see how it influences hiring as the year progresses.
As part of compiling the 2019 Morgan McKinley salary guides, 2,400 active UK based professionals and employers were surveyed to gain an insight into their varying views of employment.
