Morgan McKinley announces three managerial appointments

London, 3 October 2011 – Global professional recruiter Morgan McKinley today announces three managerial appointments to its growing financial services division in London: 

• William Silverstone has been promoted from Senior Consultant to Manager of the Core Finance team

• Paul Jagdev has been promoted from Senior Consultant to Manager of the General Finance Services team
   
• Nefino Joannides has been appointed as Client Services Manager of the Senior Finance team

   

William Silverstone – Manager | Financial Services | Core Finance

William has been with Morgan McKinley for four years and was awarded top biller within the company’s UK    permanent division in 2009 and 2010. He is the recruiter of choice for several leading investment banks and also co-ordinates the successful Credit Suisse/Morgan McKinley ACA Rotation Programme. Morgan McKinley’s Core Finance team specialises in recruiting newly qualified finance professions from accountancy practise and banking finance professionals at all levels into leading investment banks.

Paul Jagdev – Manager | Financial Services | General Finance Services

With over eight years’ recruitment experience, Paul has an exceptional track record in finding career opportunities for qualified accountants within the banking, financial services and commodities trading markets. In his new role, Paul will continue to work with global investment banks but will also aim to build new business relationships with mid-tier banks, retail and commercial banks, brokerage firms and commodity trading houses.

Nefino Joannides – Client Services Manager | Financial Services | Senior Finance

Nefino joins Morgan McKinley as Client Services Manager in the Senior Finance team, specialising in recruiting senior finance professionals into top tier investment banks across London and developing client relationships within the sector. He has over seven years’ experience in banking and financial services recruitment and his accolades include achieving number one recruitment supplier status with two top tier European investment banks in 2010.

Morgan McKinley’s three newest managers will take on strategic responsibilities and will also commence the company’s MM1 Leadership programme, developed in partnership with Deloitte. Morgan McKinley was the first recruitment consultancy in the world to partner with Deloitte to implement the programme, which gives employees access to the latest leadership and management lessons from the world’s top executives and business schools.

All three appointments are effective immediately.
