Service Charge Accountant - London

Large Housing Association based in Central London is recruiting to an urgent Service Charge Accountant vacancy. The role is to provide cover while the role is being recruited on a permanent basis.

The key responsibilities of the role will be to:

• Manage service charge budgets - maintaining and distributing service charge budget spreadsheets for each service charge scheme
• Maintain service charge data
• Control service charge expenditure - reviewing service charge reports for each leasehold scheme
• Produce year end accounts for leasehold schemes
• Ensure that service charge reports are reviewed and sent to customers by statutory and corporate deadlines
• Line manage a team of 3

In order to be considered you should be CCAB Qualified (or equivalent), have an excellent knowledge of service charges, have prior experience managing staff and possess an advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
