Short Term PA- London
Job Description
Leading investment bank in Canary Wharf is looking to recruit a PA on a short term holiday cover basis for 3 weeks. You will be supporting the Head of Group Learning and the Solution Centre team consisting of four senior managers.
Roles/Responsibilities
As a cover, you will be expected to be able to hit the ground running and your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Full diary and calendar management
- Organising meetings, interviews and appointments
- Booking meeting rooms and setting up telephone and video conferences
- Handle all incoming emails
- Liaise with internal colleagues and overseas offices in a professional manner
Skills/Experience
You will need to have had previous PA experience within an Investment bank and experience dealing with international offices and different time zones.
Strong IT skills such as the use of Lotus Notes and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowePoint will also be required.
Personal Attributes
You will need to have excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail, and must be able to work well within a busy environment.
