Starting as a researcher with the leading global professional recruiter, Morgan McKinley, you will be responsible for generating new candidates through writing adverts, proactively sourcing referrals and headhunting. In addition you will be responsible for the maintenance of our current database which will require you to use your strong organisational skills. Your role will be predominantly telephone based but you will progress to interview candidates face to face once you have gained the relevant knowledge and experience. This is a fast paced environment where expectations and demands are high.

 Ideally have worked in a sales environment previously.

 In addition an interest in the financial services industry would be advantageous

Computer literate

High level of both written and spoken English

graduate calibre or equivalent

You will need to be able to multi-task, have strong interpersonal skills (both oral and written) and be able to work quickly and accurately. Must be driven and work well in a sales and target driven environment
