Team Secretary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary within a City based Insurance organisation working for the HR Team.
As a Team Secretary your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Head of HR with the day to day running of the department
- Typing of correspondence,
- Scheduling meeting and preparing the documents for those meeting
- Assisting with the on boarding of new joiners, ensuring that all new starter document and references are received
- Ensuring all documentation for leavers are kept up to date
- Recording all holidays and ensure all procedures are adhered to
- Monitoring emails, correspondence and manage incoming queries for the team
- Filter and monitor phone calls, ensuring detailed accurate messages are taken and passed on
- Administrative responsibilities including filing, maintenance of meeting records, contacts and business cards etc
The ideal Team Secretary MUST have previous experience supporting a team within a financial serviceces. You must be able to prioritise your own workload, be proactive with ability to think ahead and have a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
