Job Description
A leading Business Services and Technology provider are looking for a Financial Controller to lead the finance team for one of their largest divisions.
As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading the annual budgeting and monthly actual anf forecasts process, reporting on these nuimbers and also supporting the UK Board and Senior Management Team by providing clear financial insight into the performance of the division.
Other key areas of responsiblity include:
- supporting the FD and MD in the delivery of the financial aspects of the annual divisional budget
- supporting senior management in the development of strategy and plans
- maintaining effective financial control and integrity
- ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of figures to the board
- working with operational teams to maintain control of their budgets
- supporting and working closely with the offshore SSC and ensure that results are reported back to senior management.
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification experience in industry.
