Commercial Financial Business Partner

Job Description

We are currently working with a Global Consumer Brands in the recruitment of 2 Commercially Minded Business Partners to support and work closely with Marketing & Sales Operational Heads.

You will be responsible for driving/supporting financial and operational performance of the business through the Performance, Planning and provided insight analysis to the Management teams as well as adding value to the business.

This role is a key partner to the operations, which will provide a great insight to the commercial side of the business. The role will involve developing pricing structures, opportunity and risk identification/ analysis, involvement in commercial negotiations; commercial decision support and you have the chance to really grow the top line. This role will need you to influence and build relationships with the Operations and will also be give you the change to work cross functionally.

You will need to be a commercially minded, confident, outgoing Qualified (ACA/CIMA) with post qualified experience. You will need to have a strong outgoing character that really enjoys influencing and challenging the Operations and various non-financials. The ideal candidate will have commercial experience from a Blue chip consumer focused industry.
