Job Description
Events Co-ordinator
A top City based Asset Management House requires an events co-ordinator to join their team. The team secretary will be responsible for identifying and tracking events and communicating all event and schedule details back to the team.
The events co-ordinator's main responsibilities are:
- Advanced organisational and administrative support to the team
- Extensive diary management
- Meeting organisation
- Complex trip and travel arrangements
- Generating, disseminating and printing weekly and monthly conference reports
- Updating schedules and communicating changes as necessary
- Preparation and delivery of relevant reports by their allocated team
- Building and maintaining working relationships to ensure professionals receive all event information and that their meeting needs are met efficiently
- Dealing with all of the teams correspondence, telephone and email enquiries
- To assist in providing high quality service and communication with clients and prospective clients
- Ad hoc requests when required.
The ideal events co-ordinator must have:
- Significant support and co-ordination experience within financial services
- Flexibility to travel
- Languages are desirable
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to efficiently multi-task and prioritise workload
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow through skills
- Conscientious and very detailed orientated
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- You must be able to demonstrate excellent team work skills.
