Job Description
Team Secretary
This team secretary will be integral to the smooth day-to-day running and functionality of the property business. The Team Secretary will report to a senior manager and provide secretarial support to the team.
The team secretary will be responsible for:
- Providing high level diary management for the team
- Organising travel for the team
- Processing expenses
- Preparation and delivery of relevant reports by their allocated team
- On going ad hoc administrative support to that team's members
- Dealing with correspondence, telephone and email enquiries, creating and maintaining filing systems
- To assist in providing high quality service and communication with clients and prospective clients.
The ideal team secretary must have:
- Significant team secretary experience working within a property division of a financial services company
- Degree educated or equivalent
- Must have audio typing experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- You must be able to demonstrate excellent team work skills.
