Job Description

Team Secretary

This team secretary will be integral to the smooth day-to-day running and functionality of the property business. The Team Secretary will report to a senior manager and provide secretarial support to the team.

The team secretary will be responsible for:

  • Providing high level diary management for the team
  • Organising travel for the team
  • Processing expenses
  • Preparation and delivery of relevant reports by their allocated team
  • On going ad hoc administrative support to that team's members
  • Dealing with correspondence, telephone and email enquiries, creating and maintaining filing systems
  • To assist in providing high quality service and communication with clients and prospective clients.

The ideal team secretary must have:

  • Significant team secretary experience working within a property division of a financial services company
  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Must have audio typing experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • You must be able to demonstrate excellent team work skills.
