L&D Training Manager -London- £50k

My client is a well known Accountancy firm based in the City of London who are currently seeking an L&D Training Manager to join their team.

The role will involve:

• Designing and developing training programmes
• Deliver classroom based management skills training
• Deliver classroom based IT skills training
• Produce training material for in-house courses
• To identify training and development needs within the firm
• Develop new training initiatives for technical, management, and IT skills

The right candidate should have experience of designing and delivering a wide range of training sessions, hands on IT skills, be able to build and maintain relationships, experience of training needs analysis and commercial awareness.

Professional services experience is preferred.

Based in the City of London.

Salary is between £40k - £50k.
