Job Description

A market leader based in Godalming are looking for someone to provide support to both the Customer Services and Sales team.

The role will support the customer base through day to day activities that overlap with both the Customer Services and Sales teams.

  • Support the Business Manager with collating and distribution of sales information and data
  • Monitor order processing activities for all National Accounts
  • Provided forecasts for all National Accounts
  • Process orders
  • Answer any queries from customers about product use, availability and delivery dates
  • Investigate invoice claims/disputes
The role would suit someone who has ideally worked with National Accounts within FMCG. Experience of using transactional systems for forecasting and EPOS reporting would be ideal.
Strong analytical skills using Excel with the ability to manipulate data and excellent communication skills.
