Job Description

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge with a friendly company?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a successful business on the outskirts of Woking. It is working with a very friendly, stable team within an organisation that really value their staff.

Duties will include:

  • Processing customer orders from initial order through to delivery
  • Handling customer enquiries such as pricing requests and queries regarding stock availability
  • Preparing quotations
  • Managing customer expectations throughout the order process including providing updates on delivery estimates and communicating any problems or delays
  • Liaising with manufacturing and suppliers
  • Processing invoices
  • Generating monthly Sales reports
  • Arranging freight (domestic and export)
The successful applicant will:
  • Have proven administrative and customer service skills
  • Be a confident communicator
  • Possess good numeracy skills
  • Have good IT skills including use of Word and Excel
