Job Description
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge with a friendly company?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a successful business on the outskirts of Woking. It is working with a very friendly, stable team within an organisation that really value their staff.
Duties will include:
- Processing customer orders from initial order through to delivery
- Handling customer enquiries such as pricing requests and queries regarding stock availability
- Preparing quotations
- Managing customer expectations throughout the order process including providing updates on delivery estimates and communicating any problems or delays
- Liaising with manufacturing and suppliers
- Processing invoices
- Generating monthly Sales reports
- Arranging freight (domestic and export)
The successful applicant will:
- Have proven administrative and customer service skills
- Be a confident communicator
- Possess good numeracy skills
- Have good IT skills including use of Word and Excel
