Job Description

Responsibilities will include the following duties.

- Defining detailed business and external (client or market determined) driven milestones and deliverables

- UAT

- Functional requirement oversight, in particular around; Operating Model and Fund Data Migration.

- Ensure any budget impacts are communicated to the Project Manager

- Participate in the implementation of the business project on a daily basis (may include multiple projects) with regard to time, budget and quality

- Functional management of any assigned staff and SME's.

- Define business organisation changes required.

- Monitor Internal development teams andSLArequirements

- Business and Project team communication and stakeholder liaison to

- Test cases creation

- Initial quality assurance of solutions delivered into UAT

- Manage business testing

- Keep up to date with compliance rules and regulations

- Create a strong communication channel with the compliance, audit and risk functions.

- Extensive experience in the Finance and Banking industry environment (e.g., fund administrator, brokerage house, custodian, investment bank etc.) together with business analysis experience. Having knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development is useful but not essential.

Knowledge and Experience:

- Proven track record that can be demonstrated in involvement in complex, cross organisational / geographical business and IT change within the Securities industry.

- Combination of Business Analysis and Project administration skills.

- Good communication and networking skills.

- Strong business experience.

- Good 360 degree communication skills and interpersonal skills.

- Practical experience of working on either the 'Buy' or 'Sell' side of the Securities industry.

- Positive 'can do' attitude.

- Structured approach to business analysis including promoting and ensuring adherence to the project management framework

- Extensive experience in the Finance and Banking industry environment (e.g., fund administrator, brokerage house, custodian, investment bank etc.) together with business analysis experience. Having knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development is useful but not essential.
