Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a leading media company based inCentral London.

They are seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable clerk to join their team for a temp-perm contract.

• Ensure that the sales ledger function runs smoothly
• Ensure that the Direct Debit process is as efficient as possible, that there is a 2-way reconciliation and that potential exposures are highlighted and acted upon
• Control application for and allocation of Merchant IDs and VTIDs
• Be responsible for all Credit Card transactions & processes and reconciliation of associated charges
• Recommend AR transaction process improvements
• Recommend payment mechanism efficiencies
• Automate payment mechanisms wherever possible
• Assist with payment portal enhancement
• Work with Group Treasurer to drive down credit card processing costs
• Ensure PCI and card processing contract compliance across all divisions

Experience:

• Understanding of setting up Direct Debits and Credit Card transactions is essential.
