Job Description
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team and look after one of their biggest accounts.
Based partly in Redhill and partly in London, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of this key account, both maximising sales and ensuring client loyalty.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Regular Head Office meetings with key members of staff covering different business functions such as Operations, Marketing & Retail management
- Regular meetings with key managers
- Organise & run training sessions with key offices
- Roll out training program to all offices
- Provide regular statistics to head office & key managers
- To analyse statistics & report back on market trends
- To monitor store productivity & act on any low performers by means of training or incentives
- Support Customer Account & Marketing Manager with any duties
Skills/Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years proven Account Management experience
- Be organised, dynamic & have a lively 'can do' attitude
- Must have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the retail sector would be preferable
- Be a proficient user of Microsoft Office packages such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel
