Morgan McKinley are working with a leading business based in Somerset.

My client is looking to recruit a Financial Accountant to manage the internal (consolidation and management) and external monthly reporting process. Managing and developing a team of 5, you will be required to develop and redesign finance processes and procedures, complete month end processes and provide analysis of the balance sheet, with particular focus on Payroll, VAT, Inventory and Fixed Assets.

This is a great opportunity to join a successful, growing business, and the ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant or Finalist, with commercial business acumen and a knowledge of business processes. You will have previous managerial experience, strong Excel skills and ideally a good knowledge of changes with accounting standards.
