Financial Controller

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity within a leading business for a Financial Controller to support the UK Accounts production. The role will focus on maintaining and improving robust financial controls across the organisation, other key duties will include:

• The production of timely monthly management and year end statutory accounts
• Preparation of consolidated annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Working with divisional Managers to obtain key financial data and to promote effective financial controls
• Provide support to the delivery of improved financial systems to create efficiency

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) and have gained robust experience in all areas of finance and accountancy including consolidated accounts and improving financial controls. Experience of SAP would also prove a distinct advantage.
