M&A Corporate Tax Senior Manager - Top 10 Firm - Great Culture
A fantastic global practice has an opening within its M&A tax team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning firm, progressing your career within a forward thinking environment. You will be working within a creative and supportive environment, alongside motivated and energised employees.
This role focuses on providing advisory services to and building relationships with a portfolio of clients, including FTSE 100 and AIM listed organisations. Your key duties include:
- Responding to general M&A related queries.
- Developing the work of junior staff.
- Pro-actively contributing to the acquisition of new work.
The ideal candidate will have:
- An ACA and/or CTA qualification.
- Strong technical ability and relevant experience.
- Solid management and communication skills.
