Finance Shared Service Manager

Job Description

Highly successful construction business with a UK group turnover of c£1bn is recruiting this high profile role due to growth and restructure. You will be responsible for the delivery of high quality services provision by the shared service finance transactional teams.

Responsible for a team of 30 staff with 4 direct reports in Accounts Payable, Subcontract, Payroll and Sales Ledger you will be driving a new system implementation on P2P, setting up service level agreements, developing and defining controls and processes and evaluating systems in place to greatly improve the quality of management information and reporting.

Successful candidates will be QBE or professionally qualified with experience of shared service transactions process and providing leadership in this field. Experience of P2P systems implementation would be an advantage and a professional qualification would be helpful but by no means essential for this role.
