Job Description

Required asap, initially for 6 months, this leading US investment bank, are looking for a Roadshow Coordinator.  The role is based within the European Equities Division, and will be responsible for Deal and Non-Deal Roadshows.

Roles/Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

 

Preparing Roadshow schedule proposals

Booking hotels, confirming travel arrangements and ground transfers

Booking group meeting venues, confirming full arrangements and attending London based group meeting to register attendees

Arranging production and delivery of presentation materials

 

You will be working with the European, Emerging Markets, US and Asian markets.

Skills/Experience

You must have previously worked within events or roadshows within the financial sector – ideally investment banking. 

 

If you’ve previously worked within a Desk Assistant role, where there was a significant amount of Roadshow content, then you will also be considered for this role.

The ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines while managing a large number of projects running concurrently

The ability to remain calm and accurate under pressure and to be thinking ahead to avoid issues before they arise

The ability to resolve problems quickly and manage conflicts of interest between different parties

Enthusiasm and is a motivated team member
