Job Description

Live for your weeks off?  My client is currently seeking a candidate to work between the hours of 10am - 5pm on Saturday and Sundays within their busy Document Production Centre.  This is a stand alone role where you will be the only person within the DPC at the weekends and therefore will need to be able to provide a comprehensive document production service to all legal and support personnel within the London and overseas offices during the weekend. 
A great opportunity for someone whose is looking for the more unique hours.

Roles/Responsibilities

The job will include: 
" Ability to produce lengthy business critical documents to a high standard of formatting and accuracy;
" Using all packages within MS Word;
" Amending and creating complex PowerPoint documents;
" Working alone to tight deadlines;
" To provide support for clients and visitors as required;
" To handle all incoming calls as required;
" Adhoc secretarial/administrative duties as necessary;
" Undertaking faxing and photocopying where necessary;
" Liaising with NY Document Production Centre when assistance is required;
" Liaising with lawyers regarding timely completion of work.

Skills/Experience

Your skills should include:

" Previous experience working within a Document Production Centre;
" Excellent Advanced Word skills;
" Advanced Excel skills;
" Advanced PowerPoint skills;
" Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional;
" Knowledge of a scanning package - ie Abbeyfinereader;
" MS Outlook;
" Attention to detail;
" Confidence to troubleshoot PC problems;
" Knowledge of reformatting documents to housesetyle;
" Digital dictation;
" Sound organisational skills;
" Ability to prioritise workload and manage accordingly;
" Problem solving;
" Reliable and a flexible approach to overtime - often at short notice;
" Ability to stay calm under pressure.
