French Speaking ISDA Master Agreements Negotiator

A globally recognised Docklands based Investment Bank seeks an experienced fluent French speaking ISDA Master Agreements Negotiator.

To negotiate various treasury and capital markets master agreements and/or associated collateral documentation (specifically ISDA and security financing documentation) in order to protect the treasury and capital market business

This role involves supporting derivative product providers, sales and client relationship managers through timely, consistent and effective advice on, identification of the need for and issue, negotiation, execution, recording, monitoring, storage and copy distribution of master agreements and related documentation.

To negotiate specific French language/law docs
To negotiate UK ISDA and Rep agreements
Handle novation of agreements/trades.

Fluent French Speaker
Sound working knowledge of ISDA MAster Agreements
