Head of Decision Support

Job Description

A large general insurer is looking for a Head of Decision Support to provide financial insight and strategy to a growing commercial lines division.

The position is a Senior Management role, with a team of five, which reports directly to the Director of Finance.

Responsibilities include:

• Financial articulation of the Commercial and Broker strategy,
• Evaluation of business investment and broker propositions,
• Support to the MD in presenting and evaluating business options.
• Build strong relationships across multiple divisions within the business along with other Decision Support areas.

The successful candidate is likely to have an accountancy qualification or postgraduate numerate business qualification with experience in Commercial and Broker environment.
