A leading global financial services company specialising in outsourcing services and solutions seeks a senior/ manager in an audit and finance advisory role. Providing services for insurance, banking and financial services industry giants our client currently has an exciting opportunity to join their London West End based office.

Job Summary:

As advisory audit manager you will primarily lead and coordinate team efforts of account advisory within major insurance companies. Challenging business operations you will proactively influence corporate decisions. Specialist knowledge of insurance audit with IFRS and UK GAPP would be an advantage

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage and support staff members within the team
• Accurately identify areas of team development
• Guide and coordinate team efforts
• Plan and manage accounting advisory engagements
• Execute and present all findings using best practice
• Report directly into the project director
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Gather and report on client feedback
• Use IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge to complete conversions and implementations
• Draft and present financial reports
• Demonstrate specialist accounts advisory knowledge and understanding of risks and risk management principles within insurance

Professional qualification ACA and prior Big 4 experience or equivalent would be ideal.

The position will pay up to 75k +benefits to the successful candidate depending on experience.
