Property Fund Accountant - London

The opportunity for a Property Fund Accountant to join a global Investment Management company has arisen. This role is available for an immediate start and is on a contract basis.

As Fund Accountant you will be working within the Property division to assist with producing the Management Accounting and Financial Reporting. You will have the opportunity to work alongside Fund Managers and gain exposure working with Unit Trusts.

Additional responsibilities will also include:

• Preparing management reports and distribution packs, under UK GAAP on a quarterly basis
• Producing client reports
• Producing property fund returns

The successful candidate will be a part qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with a degree in a numerical based subject. Strong candidates will also have experience within Investment Management although all backgrounds within Asset Management will be considered. Previous experience reporting under UK GAAP and using Sun would be highly desirable. Excellent communication skills would be advantageous for this role.
