We have an opportunity for a Consultant to join our successful and growing Tax Team, Permanent Division. An ambitious recruiter is required, with a track record of successfully delivering quality service and meeting revenue performance objectives, whilst working towards developing their career in a specialist market.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Achieving monthly and quarterly fee targets through:
- Attracting and retaining suitable candidates;
- Identifying and prospecting business with target clients;
- Maintaining agreed personal and team activity levels;
- Sourcing candidates for clients through advertising, search and networking
- Interviewing, selection and assessment of candidates.
- Business development activity targeting new and existing clients, including research, canvass calls, and quality calls.
- Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in.
- Ensuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service.
Skills/Experience:
- Proven track-record of working in a demanding sales/professional environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven relationship building skills
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Professional approach - committed to excelling in service quality
- Self motivated with ability to use initiative - a “can do” attitude

Our client is looking for a role within a boutique business based In Bristol, they have had a sustained period of growth over the last 5 years and are looking to add to their existing team due to the promotion of two staff.
As an assistant accountant you will produce month end reports for clients, analyse KPI and support audit reports for small businesses.
Ideally you will have knowledge of audit and reporting, month end and year end accounts processes.
As a part qualified accountant or newly qualified this role offers scope for progression to further your career.

This is an exciting role to work within financial services, you will join a well established team and work towards the aims of the team through customer engangment, report writing and moving forward with team strategy.
Role responsibilities
Provision of month end and half year financial reporting processes.
Training and engaging new users in SAP and supporting in the transfer from Oracle.
Working with key customers to ensure efficient reporting and process improvement supporting any improvements to the business units in the anlysis of data.
Assisting group and business units with facilitation of restructures within the units.
Person Specification
You will be studying towards or may be a newly qualified CIMA/ ACCA candidate who is looking to broaden there skill set further.
