Need a Temporary Worker?

There are a number of reasons and scenarios, planned or unplanned, why you may need a temporary worker, contractor or interim solution:

  • Cover for maternity leave or absences
  • Downsizing
  • Systems implementation
  • Projects or change management
  • New product development
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Additional cover for particularly busy periods of business
  • A “quick fix”
  • Fixed period access to skills as and when required
  • The opportunity to gauge a candidate's potential suitability for a permanent position

Who do you need?

  • Temporary worker – an hourly paid candidate, via our payroll, with a required skill set for a variable length assignment that may need flexibility.

  • Contractor – a monthly paid candidate, hired as your employee on your payroll and for a fixed pre-agreed period of time. Fixed term contractors are usually entitled to the same company benefits as a permanent employee.

  • Interim – a highly experienced candidate with a specialist skill set, typically employed on a daily basis to resolve a business issue.
