Steve Leeson is our operations director for new business at Morgan McKinley.
As a business graduate and former district manager at Aldi, Steve joined the company in February 2000 to develop Morgan McKinley’s Asset Management Temporary team. Later he moved to recruit on the Senior Finance team and led the desk from 2005.
Having gone on to oversee the Permanent FS division throughout the market downturn and enjoyed the subsequent successes in 2010 as the market recovered, Steve is now focused on developing new business within the FS sector, with an emphasis on the technology and insurance markets.
Steve is a passionate sports fan and has lived and travelled widely in Asia and Africa.
