The support function is unique to the person, team and environment that you’re supporting, and you’re going to get the best idea of the expectations of the role by meeting those whom you’ll be working with. Should you be requested for an interview, I do suggest that you attend – it could open up any number of options that you hadn’t previously considered or been aware of.

I have been with Morgan McKinley since January 2006 and, during this period, have specialised in recruiting support individuals into the top investment banks, as well as smaller investment management firms, hedge funds and insurance companies. My key clients currently include Goldman Sachs, HSBC and Deutsche Bank. I have completed more than 1300 temporary placements with Morgan McKinley.
