The role is on an ongoing basis – although there could be potential for permanent headcount for the right candidate.
Roles/Responsibilities
Duties are predominately secretarial and administrative, to include:
Extensive calendar organisation
Handling high volume of phone calls and emails
Relaying information in a timely manner
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences and special events
Coordinating travel arrangements and assists with Travel and Expenses reports
Taking on ad hoc projects
Maintaining work flow and miscellaneous general office duties and administrative support
Ordering and organising all supplies
Maintaining faxes, printers and photocopiers.
Skills/Experience
You will have previous secretarial experience within a corporate environment, having previously supported at MD level (or equivalent).
Previous experience within an HR department is beneficial (particularly if within an investment bank or financial sector).
